During a webinar event, you will always be able to see chat messages from Attendees.
However, you have the option to make the chat Public or Private for other Attendees.
When the chat is Public, Attendees can see chat messages sent by other Attendees, whereas a Private chat will only show Attendees' messages to Admins.
Changing Between Private/Public
The chat is set to Private by default, but you can easily change this:
1. From your general webinar preferences page, you'll find the option to expand your Webinar Preferences.
2. Simply select your chat preference and you're done!
