Have a webinar that you need to cancel? No problem :)
To cancel your event, simply go to the Webinar Edit screen and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Here you'll find a red trash icon towards the bottom left.
Demio will first ask you to confirm if you want to notify your attendees that the webinar has been cancelled.
You may select, "No, Don't Notify" where the cancellation process will be confirmed and no email will be sent to registrants or "Yes, Notify Them" and Demio will send a cancellation email to all registrants.
To protect you from accidentally cancelling a live event, Demio will then ask that you confirm your password to cancel the event.
Your event has successfully been cancelled!
Cancelled events will not appear in the Past Events section of Demio.
