Demio automatically sends out Reminder emails to your Registrants for each webinar or webinar series.
After creating your webinar, or webinar series, you can customize your emails by going to 'Reminders' under the Advanced dropdown in the top right corner of the Event Creation page.
By default, 4 Email reminders will be sent prior to each webinar:
1. Instantly when they register
2. 24 Hours Prior to the Webinar
3. 1 Hour Prior to the Webinar
4. 5 Minutes Prior to the Webinar
You can add custom text to each Email by selecting which email you'd like to edit and entering your text in the proper box.
For the sake of keeping email reminder deliverability as high as possible, Demio does not currently support customization of Email logos or footers.
