If you have any problems with your microphone or audio, or just want to ensure that everything is working properly for your upcoming webinar, you should run a System Check.
The Demio System Check takes only a few seconds, and will analyze your system and network connection to make sure everything is working. Running a System Check is simple:
- Login to your account → Click on ‘Demio system check +’ → Click on ‘Run System check’.
- If you're in middle of a webinar, then you can access this page by clicking the ‘Having Issues?’ link. This link is located just below the Chat message text box and in Backstage.
- Attendees can visit the ‘System Check’ page by clicking the “Having Issues?” link below the Chat message text box
- Last but not least, anyone can run a ‘System Check’ by visiting https://event.staging.demio.com/system.
