We don't currently offer closed captioning natively within Demio. However, you can use an alternate workaround requiring third-party tools.
You would need to use OBS with Demio.
Once you set this up, you can use a web captioning tool, such as this tool, which will caption your event live!
You can add a screen share of the tab with captions to the OBS screen alongside your video.
