Understanding renewal charges for subscriptions and how to manage them can help prevent unexpected fees. Below, we explain common reasons for recurring charges on your account and how to handle them.

Subscription Billing and Auto-Renewal Policies

Demio subscriptions are managed through an auto-renewal system. This means:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: These plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date. If you are charged after initially paying for one month, it is because the subscription remained active and auto-renewed.

  • Annual Subscriptions: Similarly, annual plans auto-renew at the end of the annual billing period.

How to Cancel or Manage Renewals on Demio

To avoid continuous charges if you only intended to use Demio for a short period, we recommend managing your subscription settings and canceling before renewal if you no longer wish to use the service. Here are the general steps to follow:

  1. Log in to your Demio account.

  2. Navigate to Account Settings: Go to the Billing tab.

  3. Locate the "Start Cancellation" button at the bottom right corner of the page.

  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to proceed through and confirm the cancellation.

Once you cancel, your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged further.
