When a live webinar has finished, the recording will begin to process. This processing time, in general, will take about the same time as the original Session’s duration to provide a reliable recording of your Event.

Sometimes, depending on how busy our recording queue can get and on the recorded content, it can take a little longer, up to 24 hours. If it appears that the recording is taking longer, you can send a request directly to our team and we'll be sure to check on it for you!
