When you open the Activity tab of your Event, the initial report in Insights will showcase the total number of Registrants over time. This data is made possible because each registrant is required to sign up individually, generating unique join links that enable detailed tracking of their webinar activity.
Registration is a mandatory step to utilize Demio's attendee analytics features. Each attendee must register for the event, generating a unique join link through which their session activity can be tracked accurately. This enables detailed insights into attendee behavior such as attendance, engagement, and drop-off points.
If you scroll down, you'll see the Attendance Summary report with the total number of people who attended and missed the webinar. You'll see the activity on the webinar, the registration conversion rate, and the average time during which Attendees were in the room and Focused.
Attendees are counted as Focused when they have the Demio tab open. If they switch to another browser tab, they won't be counted as Focused.
If you shared any Polls, Handouts, or Featured Actions during the webinar, you'll find engagement stats at the bottom of the Activity page.
Resources Summary will be available for each selected Date Range for Standard, Series, and Automated Scheduled Events, with separate clickable buttons for Polls, Handouts, and Featured Actions.
At the bottom of the page, you'll see a Message Summary from the Session.
You will also be able to see both Unique and Total views for Replays (for live Events)!
You are able to request a data export from the Insights page too.
