Under the Schedule tab, by changing the dropdown to All Past, you will find all past Events, Recording links to Events, the total number of Attendee reports, and access to your webinar Insights.

To access the Event Insights, click on the dropdown icon and select View Insights.


The initial report in Insights will showcase the total number of Registrants over time:

If you scroll down, you'll see the Attendance Summary report with the total number of people who attended and missed the webinar. You'll see the activity on the webinar, the registration conversion rate, and the average time during which Attendees were in the room and Focused.

Attendees are counted as Focused when they have the Demio tab open. If they switch to another browser tab, they won't be counted as Focused.

If you shared any Polls, Handouts, or Featured Actions during the webinar, you'll find engagement stats at the bottom of the Activity page. You'll be able to export the results in CSV format too. And at the bottom of the page, you'll see Message Summary from the Session.


You will find a list of Registrants in the People tab. You can filter the data by Session or date range across multiple Sessions.

You can also filter the list based on attendance behavior.

This data is also easily downloadable by using the Export CSV button on the top right to download a full CSV report.

If you download a report with over 5,000 records, it will be sent to your account email address once the file is ready. You'll see the following messages at the top right corner in this case:


All chat messages sent during the Session can be found in the Messages tab. You can choose to see all messages or only messages marked as Questions during the Session.
