As an Attendee joining an event, you will be able to test your audio before entering the event room. You will also be prompted to allow Demio to access your microphone and camera in case the Host invites you on Stage.
Should you be unable to hear audio once in the event room, you would want to try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Clear browser settings from the room settings modal by clicking the gear icon and select "Clear Settings".
2. Checking that the browser has sound permissions. It is also worth testing with allowing mic and camera.
3. Using settings (clicking on the gear icon) to select the correct output device (if applicable).
4. Clearing cache on your browser or trying to join in a private window.
5. Testing in another browser or device, if possible.
