Before we dive in to all of the various Registration options, let's take a quick peek into exactly how the Registration process works and why it's so critical.
With all events, we require a potential Attendee to first register for the event. This usually involves submitting their details, such as their name and email, and signing up to attend.
This is a crucial part of the process for a few reasons:
- The contact submits details that we use to create their unique session, including their Unique Join Link.
- Their email is entered into our system which is then used to send them notifications.
- If you've set up any integrations, it'll add them to your subscriber list and perform any actions that you've set up within your Automations.
Now that we know why it's so important, let's take a look at some of the different methods available to you.

Registration Page [Form + Editor]
The first method for capturing registrations is via the Registration Page that we build for all events, by default. You'll have options to customize both the Form, as well as the design of the page using the Editor.
This is a great choice if you've created your event and you're ready to start rolling in those registrations without too much extra work.
Here's where we allow you to step up some of the customization choices!
Using our embed options, we allow you to add your Registration Form to a custom landing page. With a few different embed types to choose from, we make it easy to blend it seamlessly with any existing designs and give you ground-up control over how you want to capture those registrants.
1-Click Registration Link
If you're all about automating the process, this is the way to go!
With our one-click registration link option, you can craft a custom link for a contact that is already on your subscriber list, which they can then use to immediately be registered for the event. Since these only work with our direct integrations, you'll need to make sure you've set that up first.
If you have set up Session Registration limit for your event, Registrants signing up after the session is full will see error message saying that the session is no longer available for registration. They would not be registered for the event too.

Last, but certainly not least, is the ability to set a custom Thank You page that registrants will be redirected to upon a successful registration.
