Note: Pardot is a Premium integration available on our Premium plan, and the integration is only set up to push information from Demio to Pardot.
Making the Connection

Connecting your Demio account to your Salesforce Pardot account is a seamless experience! You'll want to start by accessing your Settings:
And selecting the Integrations tab:
From there, you'll see the Pardot integration from within the Add New section:
Selecting Pardot will display a modal where you can add your Pardot Business Unit ID credential:
Here's where to find it:
You can find your Pardot Business Unit ID in Salesforce under Setup > Pardot Account Setup. Your Pardot Business Unit ID begins with “0Uv” and is 18 characters long. If you cannot access the Pardot Account Setup information, ask your Salesforce Administrator to provide you with the Pardot Business Unit ID.
Once you've added the Pardot Business Unit ID, select Connect to complete setting up Pardot as one of your Current Integrations:
You're all set! You've successfully connected your Pardot account to Demio. 🙌
Now that you've integrated Pardot with Demio, you can enable and set specific settings from the Integrations option card within the Event:

What does Record Prospect Activity do?
You can enable Record Activity for a specific Event. Doing so will create a Pardot activity record any time a person registers for a Session or attends/misses a Session (this is recorded once the Session ends).
Note: It might take up to 10-20 minutes to see all the results in the External Activities.
Can I add Registrants/Attendees to active lists or only static lists?
You can only add contacts to static lists. Our integration does not support active lists.
Will the checkbox/dropdown custom field be passed to Pardot?
Yes, it will! Checkboxes/Dropdown from Demio can be linked to Textarea in Pardot.
Note: Checkboxes/Dropdown in Pardot won't display in Demio because they require predefined values.
What are the daily API limits for Pardot?
The Pardot's API supports up to five concurrent connections. The daily call limit depends on your Pardot edition.
