You can track UTM sources for each registration including sign-ups from Showcase.

If someone registers for your webinar from a Showcase embedded on your custom page or from the direct Showcase URL, the UTM source will reflect “showcase." You'll see "showcase" under the UTM Source column in your Registrants list.
