The first step in resolving any streaming issues is clearing your browser settings to help establish a smoother connection to the Event Room.
The option is available via the System Check window. It resets the local storage for Demio in your browser and reloads the page.
You can access the option via Event Room settings as shown below or via the direct link: Demio System Check.
Navigate to the bottom of the Video tab and click on Clear Browser Settings button to refresh the page and reset streaming settings.
