Demio Registrants and Admins are able to save Demio Events to their personal calendars by clicking on the Add To My Calendar button from the post-registration Thank You page, Event Notification emails, the Manage Registration page, and from the Waiting Room.
Standard and Automated Events
If the Session belongs to a Standard or Automated Event, you'll be able to save it to your calendar as a single Event without a recurrence rule by simply clicking on the Add To My Calendar button and choosing your preferred calendar.
If you have a Series Event with multiple single Sessions or with a recurring schedule, you can save all the Sessions to your calendar.
When you add a Demio Series Event with multiple Sessions or a recurring schedule to your calendar, we deliver an ICS file containing all the upcoming Sessions that belong to the event.
You can use the ICS file with Google, Apple, Outlook, or Yahoo to import the Event into your calendars.
Open Google Calendar and click on Settings in the top right corner.
In the menu on the left, click Import & Export.
Click Select file from your computer and select the file you exported. The file should end in ".ics" or ".csv."
Choose which calendar to add the imported Events to. By default, Events are imported into your primary calendar.
In the Calendar app on your Mac, choose File > Import.
Select the file with the events, then click Import.
Choose the calendar to add the Events to.
You can also drag a file with Events to the Calendar. The Events are added to the calendar selected in the calendar list.
