If you want to collect registrations for your Demio Event using your own landing page, there are a few options available.

1. Embed the Demio Registration Form

The best way to collect registrations using your own landing page is to embed the Demio registration form on your page to have all Registrants captured by Demio right away.

To embed the registration form on your website, follow this guide: Embed Your Registration Form.

When someone fills out the registration form on your landing page, they will be automatically registered for your Demio Event and have their Unique Join Link generated.

If you have Demio Event Notifications enabled, Registrants will also receive a registration confirmation email right away.

2. Use Zapier

If you prefer to use your own form for collecting registrations and your registration form app is available on Zapier, you can still capture Registrants in Demio to generate their Unique Join Links.

Set up a workflow with your registration form as the Trigger and Demio Create Registration for Webinar as the action. For example, to capture registrations via a HubSpot form, you can use the following Zap:

When someone fills out your custom registration form, they will be automatically registered for your Demio Event via Zapier. If you have Demio Event Notifications enabled, Registrants will also receive a registration confirmation email right away.

3. Import Registrants Using Zapier

If you have already collected registrations outside of Demio and want to import them into your Event, you can also use Zapier to do so. To import Registrants using Zapier, follow the instructions outlined here: Import Registrants to your Event Using Zapier.

Zapier will only register people for the next available Session in your Event. This is why we recommend the Embed option over anything else.
